My third Warn winch It seems faster than my old x9000i and is much faster than my M12000. Warn quality is great; I almost went to a Chinese winch; glad I didn’t. Not sold on the synthetic rope yet. Easy to handle, but the main gripe is the rope is shorter and it seems to be barely enough room on the drum

Looks to be a high quality winch. When installing the synthetic cable, be sure to slide on the 3′ protective sheaf 100′ up the rope BEFORE attaching to the drum. And read the instructions regarding rotating the motor, if you are installing it feet forward

I purchased this winch awhile back and have not looked back yet. This winch out pulled the local tow company with his hydrologic winch. I love this winch!

After having been stuck one too many times, I thought long and hard about getting a winch. I kept researching and researching. The 9.5XP always seemed to be hailed as the number one. This lead me to pull the trigger, and I haven’t looked back since. The first day of use, the winch underwent 3 major pulls (probably a bit more than 9500 lbs worth each time) and functioned flawlessly. I have confidence that this winch will get me anywhere and everywhere that I could ever need to go in my Tacoma.

Nice product,,, Fit like a glove; the only problem i had was lining up the brackets to the air damper on the bottom to cut the slots. For me, it was more easier to cut damper into three parts: left, center and right, then bolt them back on, trying to make them slots without a temp plate. Well, it did not turn out so well. It looks just as good.
