Need to return an item? We allow the return of items as long as they meet specific conditions.
Please place a return request here and we will provide you via email a pre-paid label with the return address. For successful returns, the refund amount will be credited back to your account after 1 to 6 business days.
1. Products with quality problems (this excludes damages incurred from the shipping process) returned within 30 days after delivery will be repaired or replaced. Items must be kept unopened, unused, and scratch-free. The shipping fee is on us.
2. Items can be returned without the customer providing any valid reason within 30 days after delivery. However, the shipping fee must be taken care of by the customer. An additional restocking fee of 30% of the item’s worth is also required. This condition only applies to Hooke Road’s products.
3. Returning items 30 days after the date of delivery is allowed. The customer will take care of the shipping fees of the return and the sending of the second item. This condition only applies to Hooke Road’s products.
4. If the item gets broken 6 to 12 months after the purchase, repair or replacement is possible but will be subject to Yittzy’s evaluation. The customer must contact support to arrange the process.
