The WARN® Epic Shackle’s pin is threaded to allow easy removal. This forged steel clevis shackle provides a means for connecting the looped ends of cables, straps and snatch blocks.

This pair of heavy duty powder-coated pink 3/4-inch D-Ring Shackles from Rugged Ridge has a 3/4 -inch pin and a 9,500 lb. working load limit (WLL), and are the shackles you will need for recovering stuck Jeeps.

All OVS soft shackles feature Dyneema which is a low-friction fiber, so braided synthetic line will run easily through soft shackles, meaning you can often get away without using a traditional snatch block for applications where standard recovery isn’t enough. Dyneema rope is so strong that an equivalent wire rope would be three times as thick, and a top-quality stainless steel shackle with a 3/4in pin would have less than half the breaking strength.
