Order & Retunrs

How do I place an Order?

To place an order, simply add item(s) to your shopping cart. Next, click on the shopping cart icon, located in the top right corner. There, you’ll see a list of your selected items. Review the items to make sure they are correct, and then click the “Checkout” button at the bottom.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

For cancel or change of your order please email us at service@yittbox.com within 24 hours from the time you place your order. Full refund will be provided. Once order is process (after 24-hours) we can no longer cancel or change the items.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No need, you can check-out as a guest.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once order is ship we will email you with your tracking information. You may also track your order by clicking “Track Your Oder” link found on the upper right-side of the site.

What is the deadline to apply for a return?

You must apply within 15 days of receiving the item(s). To return items, you must keep them in perfect condition, without using or removing the labels and the original packaging.

Who pays for the shipping costs when making the return?

If you are returning multiple items, please return them together to enjoy Free Return on all items. If you return the goods one by one, you may need to pay an additional shipping fee.

How long does it take to be refunded in full?

A full refund will be given once we have received your package and confirmed that the conditions for reimbursement have been met. The sooner you return the item(s), the sooner you will get your refund!

How do you deliver/deposit the refund?

Your refund will be returned using the same method used for the original payment of the purchase.

How can I make an exchange instead of a return?

We’re sorry, but item exchanges are not currently supported. However, you may place a new order before or after receiving a refund, since the return order and the new order are independent processes.
